Comment to this post and use the following format:
Subject: Day [date], [your username], [that day's word count]
Example: Day 1, Cutiesonthehorizon, 134 words
If you forget to report in during that day, no worries, post a comment the next day, just report with the date of the previous day in the subject line.
Please try and use the format mentioned above for the subject line so it'll be easier for us to keep an eye on the word counts. As to the comment itself, feel free to gripe about how hard the words were, or squee about how easily you wrote half a chapter! You can put in your favorite sentence, or add a link to the fic, whatever you feel like:)
To help you all out a bit, April was decided to be the month of AUs/Crossovers! You're of course welcome to create any kind of content, but if you want to get some inspiration, there are few AU/Fic generators:

Most of all, have fun and don't forget to report in:)
Day 14, cinelitchick, 767 words
Date: 2018-04-15 04:56 am (UTC)Today's sample:
“You’re right. It has been too long since we’ve seen other. Or talked, for that matter,” she said. “I hope my recommending you to Bennett wasn’t inconvenient or unwanted. I know it was out of the blue. I’m sorry I’ve been such a bad friend.”
The worry and concern were etched into her features, but he saw it had less to do with him and more to do with their mutual friend. Not that he doubted her sincerity towards him. Quite the opposite. He was touched that she cared; though not as much as she would have liked.
“On the contrary. We both have been remiss in that department. I was pleasantly surprised and rather flattered that you thought of me at all when dealing with such a sensitive subject as your friend.” Tomas didn’t see the point in telling her the progress he had made in his relationship with Marcus. It was small yet incremental and there was so much potential there. To inform her of their connection would only muddy the waters. “Also, I enjoyed meeting Devon. He is a very smart, well-educated man. Dedicated in more ways than one.”
Amelia plucked an apple slice off her plate and bit into it. “He’s a good man. Mildly infuriating, but good. From what I can tell, he’s been Marcus’ ally almost from the beginning. They have friction, but it seems to strengthen their bond. Basically they are both pains in each other’s asses, which is exactly how they like it.”
Tomas chuckled. “That sounds like a wonderful relationship. I am a bit jealous. I have never had a connection like that with someone.”
She grunted. “It’s not all it’s cracked up to be.”
