The Exorcist Fans

For all the fellow non-us fans in countries that don't air this little gem, here are several ways of how and where to watch The Exorcist.

YouTube Red - You can pre-purchase the entire season. Episodes become available 1-2 days after airing.

Now there's the how, because some of us don't have the money or the means, yet we want to support our show:

For www.ctv.ca - you can watch live, if you log in with your TV provider (or if you don't have one, you can use https://webmail.shaw.ca where you create an email for free, then log in with it). If you are not in Canada but want to use this way, first install a VPN and set it to a Canadian address, then follow the above mentioned steps.

For Fox.com - first, you'll need to install a VPN service. You might use https://www.tunnelbear.com or http://windscribe.com. They are free and easy to install, just follow the directions on their websites. I'm using Windscribe, so I'll describe how to use that to watch on Fox.com. 

Download the app. Install it. Now register it to whatever e-mail you want to use. This is all free.

When your Windscribe account is registered, you get 10GB of traffic to use monthly... which is plenty enough for the episodes. Okay, you are registered. Now clear your cookies and history, esp if you have visited the Fox.com before.

Once you are clear, turn on the Windscribe and choose one of the US addresses. I found that the Windflix beta address works for me best, but try out each one if this doesn't work. Okay, now you're from US. Visit the Fox.com, find the exorcist, the new episode. You should have a 60 minute guest pass, which is just enough to watch the episode with the ads. 

Once you finish and want to re-watch, leave the site, clear your cookies and history and come back. If there are any problems, turn on and off the Windscribe, or change the US address. That's it. You should be able to watch again and again....

Also if you're using the opera and have the inbuilt VPN turned on, make sure it's on a US address.

EDITED TO ADD: If you get only a 5 minute pass, you need to close the window, turn off windscribe, clear all cookies and history in the browser. Then in opera turn on the VPN for USA, turn on Windscribe, chose Windflix Beta, turn it on, and only afterwards go to the fox page. I hope this will work for you... Oh, I also have the windscribe set so that it automatically erases cookies and on the bottom where there's a whitelist option, disable all three options... Direct connections, allow ads and allow cookies.... they should be inactive!
